采用双倍盐MEM细胞培养基与传统培养基进行了BHK-21细胞生长和FMDV增殖对比实验,实验结果表明两种培养基无明显差异,双倍盐MEM培养基工艺简单,易于质量控制,是细胞培养基选择的一个方向。

The influence of double MEM and conventional MEM on the growth of BHK-21 cell and the proliferation of FMDV was detected by experiments. The results showed that there was not significant difference between double MEM and conventional MEM, but the technic using the double MEM was simple and easy to be controlled and it would be one option for cell culture.
