目的:测定市场上具有代表性的5种天然染黑染发剂中限用物质对苯二胺的含量,并根据含量〈6%的行业标准进行品质及安全性评价。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),EclipseXDB—C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈:pH7.7的磷酸-1%Z乙醇胺缓冲溶液5:95;流速0.8mL/min;检测波长280nm。结果:对苯二胺的检测浓度在0.0250-0.4000mgeqnL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.27%,RSD=1.49%(n=6)。5种染发剂中对苯二胺的含量在0.23%到1.87%不等。结论:5种染发剂中均含对苯二胺,但均未超过限用标准;本法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可作为天然染发剂中对苯二胺含量测定的有效方法.

Objective: To detect the content ofp-phenylenediamine in five representative kinds of natural black hair dyes in the market and evaluate the quality and safety with industry standards. Methods: p-phenylenediamine was determined by HPLC with a Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6mm × 150mm, 5 μ m). Mobile phase was 5% aeetonitrile-buffer solution of phosphoric acid at velocity 0.8 mL/min. UV detection wavelength was 28Onto. Results: The linear range ofp-phenylenediamine was between 0.025 0 and 0.400 0 mg/mL (r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.27% with RSD 1.49% (n=6). The content ofp-phenylenediamine varied fi'om 0.23% to 1.87% in five kinds of hair dyes. Conclusion: P-phenylenediamine was detected in five hair dyes, but none exceeded the limited standard. This method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible and may be applied to detect the content ofp-phenylenediamine in the natural hair dyes.
