目的：测定市场上具有代表性的5种天然染黑染发剂中限用物质对苯二胺的含量，并根据含量〈6％的行业标准进行品质及安全性评价。方法：采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），EclipseXDB—C18色谱柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈：pH7．7的磷酸-1％Z乙醇胺缓冲溶液5：95；流速0．8mL／min；检测波长280nm。结果：对苯二胺的检测浓度在0．0250-0．4000mgeqnL范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999）；平均加样回收率为99．27％，RSD=1．49％（n=6）。5种染发剂中对苯二胺的含量在0．23％到1．87％不等。结论：5种染发剂中均含对苯二胺，但均未超过限用标准；本法准确、灵敏、重复性好，可作为天然染发剂中对苯二胺含量测定的有效方法．

Objective： To detect the content ofp-phenylenediamine in five representative kinds of natural black hair dyes in the market and evaluate the quality and safety with industry standards. Methods： p-phenylenediamine was determined by HPLC with a Eclipse XDB-C18 column （4.6mm × 150mm, 5 μ m）. Mobile phase was 5% aeetonitrile-buffer solution of phosphoric acid at velocity 0.8 mL/min. UV detection wavelength was 28Onto. Results： The linear range ofp-phenylenediamine was between 0.025 0 and 0.400 0 mg/mL （r =0.999 9）. The average recovery was 99.27% with RSD 1.49% （n=6）. The content ofp-phenylenediamine varied fi＇om 0.23% to 1.87% in five kinds of hair dyes. Conclusion： P-phenylenediamine was detected in five hair dyes, but none exceeded the limited standard. This method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible and may be applied to detect the content ofp-phenylenediamine in the natural hair dyes.
