本文针对目前我国10kV以下电力网络的实际情况,设计了一种基于GPRS的远程电力监测系统,配合自主研发的电能表的使用,以GPRS无线通信与Internet网络技术为基础,可方便的实现对实时电能量数据采集、传送、监控和管理,无须专用通信线路与设备支持,能以较小的投资迅速提升电网的智能化、信息化及网络化管理水平。可广泛应用于城镇、农村、工矿企业的用电管理系统。

This paper in view of the current situation of our country＇s 10kV electric power network,has designed a remote electric power monitoring system based on GPRS.Using self-developed electric meters,taking the GPRS wireless communication and Internet network technology as the foundation,it facilitates the realization of the real-time data acquisition,electrical energy transmission,monitoring and management,without needing special communication lines and equipments＇ support.It can rapidly promote the electric grid＇s management level of intelligent,informationization and networking with a small investment.The system could be widely used in the power management system of urban,rural,industrial and mining enterprises.
