对用于煤气化废水预处理加压汽提塔的侧线三级氨分凝操作建立了三级氨分凝数学模型,模拟分析了各级操作温度和压力对氨产量和浓度的影响.建立了以产品氨产量最大化为目标的优化模型,对操作温度和压力参数进行了优化,摸拟结果表明,优化后氨产量提高了5.6%.

Three-step condensation process was used to separate and condense NH3 in side-draw stream of pressurized stripper,which was used to pre-treat coal-gasification wastewater.A mathematic model for the condensation was established and the effects of operation temperature and pressure on NH3 flow rate and NH3 concentration were analyzed based on this model.The model was optimized for maximum yield NH3 flow rate.The simulation indicated NH3 flow rate would increase 5.6% after optimized.
