利用微弧氧化技术的恒电流方式,在含有Na:SiO,和KF等电解质的溶液中制备了AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化层,通过扫描电镜观察分析及Cu加速盐雾腐蚀试验,研究了电解液中Na:SiO,和KF质量浓度对微弧氧化层结构及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:在相同反应条件下,微弧氧化层厚度和表面粗糙度随Na:SiO,和KF质量浓度的增加而增加,微弧氧化层的耐蚀性取决于其表面粗糙度和厚度,粗糙度小、具有一定厚度的致密微弧氧化层耐蚀性好。
利用微弧氧化技術的恆電流方式,在含有Na:SiO,和KF等電解質的溶液中製備瞭AZ91D鎂閤金微弧氧化層,通過掃描電鏡觀察分析及Cu加速鹽霧腐蝕試驗,研究瞭電解液中Na:SiO,和KF質量濃度對微弧氧化層結構及耐蝕性的影響。結果錶明:在相同反應條件下,微弧氧化層厚度和錶麵粗糙度隨Na:SiO,和KF質量濃度的增加而增加,微弧氧化層的耐蝕性取決于其錶麵粗糙度和厚度,粗糙度小、具有一定厚度的緻密微弧氧化層耐蝕性好。

Micro arc oxidation coatings are prepared in the surface of AZ91 D magnesium alloy by means of constant current mode of micro arc oxidation technology in the electrolyte solution containing NaESiO3 and KF. Effect of the concentration of Na2SiO3 and KF in electrolyte solution on structure and corrosion resistance of micro are oxidation coatings is studied by observation and analysis of SEM and test of salt fog corrosion accelerated by Cu. The results show that with the increasing of the concentration of Na2SiO3 and KF under the same technology condition, the thickness and roughness of the micro arc oxidation coatings increase and the corrosion resistance of micro arc oxidation coatings depends on its thickness and roughness. The corrosion resistance of compact micro arc oxidation coating is better with small roughness and fit thickness
