在过氧化氢改性活性炭(AC)存在下,微波照射能使结晶紫溶液快速降解。本文采用UV-vis光谱、离子色谱和液相色谱(HPLC)探讨了过氧化氢浓度、浸泡时间、微波照射时间、催化剂用量以及结晶紫溶液初始浓度和酸度等因素对结晶紫降解率的影响。结果表明,提高微波照射时间或增加改性AC加入量可提高降解率。改性AC作为微波降解结晶紫的催化剂具有降解速率快、成本低、没有中间产物生成和无二次污染等优点,适合于大规模治理染料废水。

재과양화경개성활성탄(AC)존재하,미파조사능사결정자용액쾌속강해。본문채용UV-vis광보、리자색보화액상색보(HPLC)탐토료과양화경농도、침포시간、미파조사시간、최화제용량이급결정자용액초시농도화산도등인소대결정자강해솔적영향。결과표명,제고미파조사시간혹증가개성AC가입량가제고강해솔。개성AC작위미파강해결정자적최화제구유강해속솔쾌、성본저、몰유중간산물생성화무이차오염등우점,괄합우대규모치리염료폐수。
Crystal Violet could be degraded rapidly under microwave radiation in the presence of activated charcoal(AC) modified by hydrogen peroxide solution.The effects of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide,immersion time,microwave radiation time,dosage of the catalyst, the initial concentration and acidity of Crystal Violet solution were studied by UV-vis spectrum,ion chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the degradation rate was increased by increasing microwave radiation time or increasing the dosage of modified AC.The modified AC was employed as a catalyst of the microwave degradation of Crystal Violet,has the advantages of rapid degradation rate,low cost,no intermediate and no secondary pollution.It was appropriate for large-scale treatment of dyestuff wastewater.
