研究了酸浸法对煤矸石组分的浸取效果,利用正交试验确定了酸浸法从煤矸石中浸取氧化铝的最佳因子,并讨论了各因子对氧化铝浸出率的影响,确定了矸石粒度0.15 mm,煅烧温度780℃,煅烧时间2 h,盐酸质量分数15%,液固比6∶1,浸取温度50℃,浸取时间3 h为最佳浸出条件,并得到在此条件下氧化铝的浸取率为67.4%.
研究瞭痠浸法對煤矸石組分的浸取效果,利用正交試驗確定瞭痠浸法從煤矸石中浸取氧化鋁的最佳因子,併討論瞭各因子對氧化鋁浸齣率的影響,確定瞭矸石粒度0.15 mm,煅燒溫度780℃,煅燒時間2 h,鹽痠質量分數15%,液固比6∶1,浸取溫度50℃,浸取時間3 h為最佳浸齣條件,併得到在此條件下氧化鋁的浸取率為67.4%.

In order to improve the efficiency of utility using expensive component of coal gangue,wticle studied the effect of the acid leaching from the coal gangue component.This paper,orthogonal experiments of acid leaching from coal gangue to Twelfth Mining in ZHONGPING NENGHUA Group was used to obtain the best extracting factor of leaching alumina,and the effect of various factors on the extracting rate of alumina was briefly discussed.The optimal factor as follows: determined degree 0.15mm,calcination temperature 780 ℃,calcination time 2 h,hydrochloric acid 15%,liquid to solid ratio 6∶1,extraction temperature 50 ℃,extraction time 3 h.In this condition,the alumina extraction rate was 67.4%.
