以目前国际上先进的“CAD/CAM/CAE”一体化机械工程辅助系统——UGNX为工具,完成了曲面侧罩的计算机辅助设计、制造及虚拟加工仿真。从新加工工艺及高质量数控编程角度出发,探索了一条曲面侧罩高精、高效加工的新方法。
以目前國際上先進的“CAD/CAM/CAE”一體化機械工程輔助繫統——UGNX為工具,完成瞭麯麵側罩的計算機輔助設計、製造及虛擬加工倣真。從新加工工藝及高質量數控編程角度齣髮,探索瞭一條麯麵側罩高精、高效加工的新方法。

UG CAD/CAM application of the Side Cover is accomplished by UG NX, which, at present, is an advanced mechanical engineering system consisted of CAD, CAM and CAE together in the world. Based upon the new machining technics and high quality NC programming, a new way that carry out the higher efficiency and accuracy machining of the curved surface is given.
