发展新兴服务业,实现由“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”的转变,是后金融危机时期我国经济转型的战略趋向。人才匮乏是阻碍新兴服务业发展的瓶颈。按照新兴服务业的人才需求特征进行有针对性的人才培养,才能消除制约新兴服务业发展的障碍,促进其健康成长。

Developing emerging service industry and realize the mmsformation from "Industrial Economy" to "Service Economy" are the strategic trends of China' s economic transformation in the post financial crisis period. The shortage of specialists is the bottleneck of the development for e- merging service industry. Therefore, taking specialist training aiming at the characteristic of specialist requirement for service industry are needed to eliminate the restriction and facilitate the healthy gl, owth of the development for emerging service industry.
