为表征矿物颗粒表面的润湿性,应用表面化学理论分析了润湿接触角、润湿热与润湿程度的关系,探讨了润湿程度的表征方法。结果表明:矿物颗粒润湿是自发过程,润湿类型决定润湿程度;润湿热与润湿接触角成反比,两者均可表征矿物颗粒的润湿程度。应用实例验证了润湿热表征矿物颗粒润湿程度和润湿过程的可行性,为科学研究和生产实际提供了技术理论支持。
為錶徵礦物顆粒錶麵的潤濕性,應用錶麵化學理論分析瞭潤濕接觸角、潤濕熱與潤濕程度的關繫,探討瞭潤濕程度的錶徵方法。結果錶明:礦物顆粒潤濕是自髮過程,潤濕類型決定潤濕程度;潤濕熱與潤濕接觸角成反比,兩者均可錶徵礦物顆粒的潤濕程度。應用實例驗證瞭潤濕熱錶徵礦物顆粒潤濕程度和潤濕過程的可行性,為科學研究和生產實際提供瞭技術理論支持。
위표정광물과립표면적윤습성,응용표면화학이론분석료윤습접촉각、윤습열여윤습정도적관계,탐토료윤습정도적표정방법。결과표명:광물과립윤습시자발과정,윤습류형결정윤습정도;윤습열여윤습접촉각성반비,량자균가표정광물과립적윤습정도。응용실례험증료윤습열표정광물과립윤습정도화윤습과정적가행성,위과학연구화생산실제제공료기술이론지지。
Aimed at characterizing surface wettability of mineral grains,this paper offers an analysis of the relationship of wet contact angle,wetting heat and wetting degree by using surface chemistry theory and probes into the characterization method of wetting degree.Results show that wettability of mineral grains is a spontaneous process and wetting types decides wetting degree;wetting heat is inverse proportion to wetting contact degree and both of them can characterize wetting degree of mineral grains.Application examples verify the feasibility that wetting heat characterizes wetting degree and wetting process of mineral grains,which provides support for scientific research and production.
