This paper integrates the engineering example of a large scale cement plant to make a dissertation on the comprehensive use of the techniques, which are used on high filled embankment slope, such as foundation replacement, dynamic consolidation and rolling and planting grass with reinforced earth. The paper mainly dissertate the information-based construction management of strong tamping and its vibration effect to the architecture. The paper has provided experience to engineering of a kind.
