近年来,对黄酮类化合物的化学结构及活性研究已成为药物化学研究的热点和重点之一。7-羟基黄酮具心血管活性,可用作黄酮类选择性冠状动脉扩张剂的中间体,而受到化学家的普遍重视。本文概述了五种合成7-羟基黄酮的主要方法。

Recently, the related studies on the flavonoids' chemical structure and bioactivity have become one of the most popular branch field in the pharmaceutical chemistry. In general believe, 7-hydroxy- flavonoid possesses excellent cardioactivity, which is able to be used as the intermediates of theselective coronary artery vasodilators of flavonoids. As a result, this series of compounds have drawn the general attention of chemists nowadays. This paper focuses on five effective methods for synthesis the 7-hydroxyflavonoids.
