针对高铝粉煤灰预脱硅-碱石灰烧结法工艺,脱硅粉煤灰浆液的过滤与洗涤是影响过滤效果和生产能力的关键点,为此通过实验研究了不同过滤性能的滤布对过滤效果的影响,筛选出了适宜的滤布。针对滤饼洗涤,研究了洗涤次数与洗涤方式对滤饼洗涤效果的影响,为脱硅粉煤灰浆液的过滤与洗涤的工业应用提供了依据。

In the taking off the silicon and sintering alkali lime process of coal flyash with high aluminium,it was the key point to filter and wash for the filter effect and the production capacity.This paper found out the suitable filter cloth by the experiment of different performance of filter cloth.To study the filter cake washing,washing times and washing had an effect on the washing,which provides the basis of the flyash off silicon filtering and washing industry application.
