我国的独立学院经过近十年的发展,其人才培养模式逐渐面临着诸如专业设置、师资力量、竞争激烈等日益突出的问题,大量毕业生面临着严峻的就业形势。与此同时,近几年来,我国正处于经济转型的关键期,用工荒现象愈演愈烈,逐渐从东部沿海城市蔓延到西部地区。伴随着适龄入学人口的减少及大学的扩招,独立学院的发展既面临着严峻的挑战,更拥有政策上难得的历史机遇,独立学院可以因材施教、充分考虑学生特点,加强教师队伍建设、创新管理模式,构建并实现独立学院人才培养模式的创新。
我國的獨立學院經過近十年的髮展,其人纔培養模式逐漸麵臨著諸如專業設置、師資力量、競爭激烈等日益突齣的問題,大量畢業生麵臨著嚴峻的就業形勢。與此同時,近幾年來,我國正處于經濟轉型的關鍵期,用工荒現象愈縯愈烈,逐漸從東部沿海城市蔓延到西部地區。伴隨著適齡入學人口的減少及大學的擴招,獨立學院的髮展既麵臨著嚴峻的挑戰,更擁有政策上難得的歷史機遇,獨立學院可以因材施教、充分攷慮學生特點,加彊教師隊伍建設、創新管理模式,構建併實現獨立學院人纔培養模式的創新。
아국적독립학원경과근십년적발전,기인재배양모식축점면림착제여전업설치、사자역량、경쟁격렬등일익돌출적문제,대량필업생면림착엄준적취업형세。여차동시,근궤년래,아국정처우경제전형적관건기,용공황현상유연유렬,축점종동부연해성시만연도서부지구。반수착괄령입학인구적감소급대학적확초,독립학원적발전기면림착엄준적도전,경옹유정책상난득적역사궤우,독립학원가이인재시교、충분고필학생특점,가강교사대오건설、창신관리모식,구건병실현독립학원인재배양모식적창신。
With nearly 10 years of development,the talents cultivation mode of China’s independent institute has increasingly faced many prominent problems,such as professional setting,staff strength,and fierce competition.Lots of graduates are facing severe employment situation.In recent years,our country is at the key stage of economic transformation,the phenomenon of labor shortage has become increasingly intensified from the eastern to the western region.With the decline of school age population and the enrollment expansion of universities,the development of independent institutes is facing severe challenges as well as historical opportunities.The independent institute could construct and achieve a new mode of talent cultivation by means of teaching in accordance with the students’ aptitude,giving full consideration to the students’ features,strengthening the building of a team of teachers,and innovating the management mode.
