在分析油井功图计量的技术原理、系统组成及气体对功图计量的影响基础上,引入Nolen Correlation经验曲线来求解进入泵内的游离气与溶解气的定量关系,对气体影响进行修正,提高了含气油井功图计量的准确性。功图计量技术在沙埝油田进行了应用,计量结果的对比分析表明,该技术能够满足沙埝油田油井计量的需要。

On the basis of analyzing the technical principle of merit chart measurement for oil wells, system components and the influence of gas on its measurement, the quantitative relation of free gas and dissolved gas in pump chamber is computed by Nolen correlation empirical curve to correct the influence of gas, improving the accuracy of the merit chart measurement in high gas - to - oil ratio (GOR) for oil wells. The technology was applied in Shanian Oilfield. The analysis results of measurement data indicated that the technology can meet the measurement requirements of Shanian Oilfield.
