BOG压缩机是LNG接收站的关键设备之一,提高BOG压缩机的运行可靠度对保障LNG接收站外输具有重要意义。以接收站进口的立式和卧式压缩机为分析对象,从压缩机的设备结构出发,结合接收站的工艺流程,对BOG压缩机的气缸部分、辅助部分、运动部分、机体部分和驱动机构及控制系统进行故障分析,采用参数法、振声法、油液法等措施来防止BOG压缩机出现故障,使BOG压缩机能够安全平稳运行。
BOG壓縮機是LNG接收站的關鍵設備之一,提高BOG壓縮機的運行可靠度對保障LNG接收站外輸具有重要意義。以接收站進口的立式和臥式壓縮機為分析對象,從壓縮機的設備結構齣髮,結閤接收站的工藝流程,對BOG壓縮機的氣缸部分、輔助部分、運動部分、機體部分和驅動機構及控製繫統進行故障分析,採用參數法、振聲法、油液法等措施來防止BOG壓縮機齣現故障,使BOG壓縮機能夠安全平穩運行。

To advance the reliability of BOG compressor, which was one of the key equipments in LNG terminal, was important for LNG exporting safety. Failure analysis relating to importing vertical and horizontal compressor which focus on BOG compressor cylinder parts, auxiliary parts, moving parts, body parts, drive mechanism and control system were carried out, This was based on combined structure of compressor and process in LNG terminal. It can be concluded that the method of parameters, vibration, and oil can prevent BOG compressor failure. In this way, the BOG compressor can run safe and stable.
