针对振动压路机机械有级调幅机构存在传动冲击、振幅调节精度差的弱点,提出电液无级调幅机构.详述了其组成结构和运行机理,通过运动学和动力学方程建立系统的数学模型.阐述了液压系统工作原理和电气控制流程.试验结果表明,电液无级调幅机构的稳态响应误差可控制在0.04 mm范围内,系统阶跃响应的过渡时间为1.9 s,超调基本为0.电液无级调幅机构在快速性、准确性和稳定性方面均可满足振动压路机的性能要求.

Aimed at the shortage of transmission impulse and poor precision of classical mechanical amplitude modulation structure of vibratory miler,an electric-hydraulic amplitude modulation systt'm was proposed.The structure and operation principle of the presented system were given out in detail.The mathematical model of the system was established based on the kinematical and dynamic equations.The hydraulic principle and electric control process were presented.The experimental result shows that the steady-state elTor of the electric-hydraulic stepless amplitude modulation structure is 0.04 mm.the overshoot is 0 and the transit time of step response is only 1.9 s.The repidity,accuracy and stability of the proposed structure could meet the requirements of vibratory roller.
