Hyperbranched polymer%Semi-aromatic polyamides%A_2+B_3 approach
利用溶液聚合方法,以4,4′-二胺基二苯甲烷与氨三乙酸为原料,制备了A_2+B_3型超支化半芳香型聚酰胺(HPMDA),讨论了反应温度、反应时间、芳香二胺与氨三乙酸单体比例、单体浓度、催化剂及活化剂对反应的影响,发现了临界凝胶条件.利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、~1H核磁共振谱(~1HNMR)对制备的超支化半芳香型聚酰胺进行了结构表征.用乌式粘度计、热重分析(TG)测定了超支化半芳香型聚酰胺的粘度和热稳定性,并从微观反应机理和拓扑结构的角度,研究了反应条件对聚合物特性粘度的影响.

P-Phenylene diamine and Nitrilotrizcetic acid were chosen as monomers to prepare A_2+B_3 type hyperbranched polyamides. The effects of reaction conditions,such as phenylene diamine -to- nitrilotrizcetic acid weight ratio,activator concentration,time and temperature,on the polymerzation have been investigated systemically. The structures of polymerization products were confirmed as polyamides according to the spectra of FTIR and ~1HNMR. Intrinsic viscosity and TGA thermograms of the hyperbranched polyamides were investigated by viscosity measurement and TG. The studies focused on the effects of monomers' concentration,activator,B_3 monomers dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the intrinsic viscosity of the hyperbranched polyamides based on the microcosmic reaction mechanism and topologic structure.
