A blasting excavation project for foundation of nuclear island was introduced.The expected effect was achieved by selecting reasonable delamination excavating,blasting parameters,blasting network and so on.As a result,foundation excavating of nuclear island was well moulded,the half-hole rate is over 98 percent.This method provides valuable experiences and references to similar projects.
