为有效利用水库的兴利库容,提高洪水资源的利用效率,需要对洪水汛期的分期开展研究.因此,阐述了模糊统计法与分形分析法的洪水分期方法的原理及其计算步骤.并以安康水库为例,分别利用这两种方法对水库洪水进行分期,结果表明,这两种方法均可用于汛期分期计算中.同模糊统计法相比,分形方法具有定量和客观、分期准确细致等优点.

It is necessary to make a study of seasonal floods for improving the utilization rate of flood resources and making effective use of active storage. Thus, the principle and calculation steps of fuzzy statistical and fractal methods are introduced in this paper. A case study of the seasonal periods classification of floods by using the two methods at the Ankang Station is given, the results show that the two methods are feasible for flood season staging calculation. Compared with the fuzzy statistical method, the fractal method is quantitative, objective and accurate in flood season staging calculation.
