A digital dissolved oxygen analyzer (type HK-258) based on polarography has been designed. The operating principle and construction of the oxygen sensor are described. A microchip computer is used as the core for control and signal processing. The analyzer has strong anti-interference ability, and credible and stable performance. The test results of this analyzer and those of a Swiss Orbisphere dissolved oxygen enregistor were compared. The precision of the analyzer reaches the level of μg/L.
