目的 观察采用中西医结合方法 的整体观救治理念对危重烧伤救治成功率及烧伤后畸形发生率的影响.方法 住危重烧伤病程上应用早期治疗与晚期治疗相统筹考虑,烧伤创面处理与全身治疗相结合,创面覆盖与机体脏器保护相结合,烧伤治疗与康复治疗相结合等一系列综合的治疗原则,对危重烧伤的早期急救与中晚期创面修复、伤后重要脏器保护、后期功能康复等方面进行观察.结果 危重烧伤用中西医结合方法 的整体观理念进行救治后成功率明显提高,LD50由5年前的TBSA 86.8%上到剑98.4%.烧伤后畸形的发生率明显下降.结论 中西医结合的整体救治观在危重烧伤的救治中效果确切,不但提高抢救了成功率,而且降低了伤后的畸形发生率.

목적 관찰채용중서의결합방법 적정체관구치이념대위중소상구치성공솔급소상후기형발생솔적영향.방법 주위중소상병정상응용조기치료여만기치료상통주고필,소상창면처리여전신치료상결합,창면복개여궤체장기보호상결합,소상치료여강복치료상결합등일계렬종합적치료원칙,대위중소상적조기급구여중만기창면수복、상후중요장기보호、후기공능강복등방면진행관찰.결과 위중소상용중서의결합방법 적정체관이념진행구치후성공솔명현제고,LD50유5년전적TBSA 86.8%상도검98.4%.소상후기형적발생솔명현하강.결론 중서의결합적정체구치관재위중소상적구치중효과학절,불단제고창구료성공솔,이차강저료상후적기형발생솔.
Objective To observe the effect of achievment ratio of remedy in severe burn injury ,and postburn teratogenesis rate applying whole remedy viewpoint with method of combination of TCM with Westet medicine.Methods To plan and consider as a whole early treatment and advanced stage in the Course of severe burn in- jury;combining together ,anagement of burn wound and treatment of all over the body and together covering raw surface and protection organ and together burn treatment and rehabilitative treatment and so on a series of general therapeutic principle.To observe emergency treatment and midst and advanced stage renovation raw surface and post- burn important organ protection and later stage functional rehabilitation and so on.Results To raies cure achievement ratio in treating severe burn injury with whole remedy viewpoint of the method of combination of TCM with Western medicilie,medi- al lethal dose rise form TBSA 86.8%before five years to 98.4%. To decrease obvi-ously teramorphous incidence rate of postburn.Conclusion Whole remedy viewpoint of combination of TCM with Western medicine is all effective method in treating severe burns,it may not only improve the rescue achievement ratio,but also cut down terato-genesis rate of postburn.
