用本体聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯/粘土纳米复合材料,用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对有机改性的蒙脱土进行了表征,用X-射线衍射(XRD)表征了纳米复合材料的结构,用热重分析(TGA)、微分热分析(DTA)表征了纳米复合材料的热稳定性.结果表明,聚苯乙烯可以插入含双键的咪唑盐表面活性剂改性的粘土中,形成部分剥离的结构;复合材料的热稳定性较高,开始分解的温度达到414.6℃.

The polystyrene/clay nanocomposites were successfully prepared via in situ bulk polymerization.The structure characterization of the organic modified montmorillonito was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The structurc of the nanocomposites was studied with X-ray diffraction(RD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The thermal stability of the nanocomposites was studied with thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)and differential thermal analysis(DTA).The results show that the molecular chains of polystyrene have been intercalated into the galleries of Polymerizable Imidazolium Surfactant modified montmorillonite,the nanocompositos were partially exfoliated;the thermal stability of the nanocomposites is high,the onset decomposition temperature is up to 414.6℃.
