高糖组及高糖+17β-雌二醇(E2)组分别孵育腹主动脉环6小时,结果显示高糖引起血管内皮舒张反应减弱,环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性降低(P<0.001);而E2使高糖作用下内皮舒张反应增强,cGMP含量和NOS活性增加(P<0.05).
高糖組及高糖+17β-雌二醇(E2)組分彆孵育腹主動脈環6小時,結果顯示高糖引起血管內皮舒張反應減弱,環燐痠鳥苷(cGMP)含量和一氧化氮閤酶(NOS)活性降低(P<0.001);而E2使高糖作用下內皮舒張反應增彊,cGMP含量和NOS活性增加(P<0.05).
고당조급고당+17β-자이순(E2)조분별부육복주동맥배6소시,결과현시고당인기혈관내피서장반응감약,배린산조감(cGMP)함량화일양화담합매(NOS)활성강저(P<0.001);이E2사고당작용하내피서장반응증강,cGMP함량화NOS활성증가(P<0.05).
The abdominal aorta rings were treated with high glucose and with various concentrations of estradiol for 6 hours.We found that at the group of higher glucose the endothelium-induced vascular relaxation was weaken,cGMP production and NOS activity were significantly decreased(P<0.001).Whereas at the group of high glucose plus estradiol,compared with the group of only high glucose,the vascular relaxation,cGMP level and NOS activity were increased(P<0.05).
