目的:对阿霉素脂质体冻干工艺进行考察。方法:以外观、再分散性、粒径为指标,对冻干工艺中参数进行优化。结果:优化的冻干工艺为-75℃预冻24h,升温至-25℃保持16h,再升温至20℃持续8h,选择10%海藻糖作为阿霉素脂质体的冻干保护剂。结论:通过优化冻干工艺参数,所得的阿霉素脂质体冻干制品外观平整、质地疏松,加水后能迅速分散均匀。
目的:對阿黴素脂質體凍榦工藝進行攷察。方法:以外觀、再分散性、粒徑為指標,對凍榦工藝中參數進行優化。結果:優化的凍榦工藝為-75℃預凍24h,升溫至-25℃保持16h,再升溫至20℃持續8h,選擇10%海藻糖作為阿黴素脂質體的凍榦保護劑。結論:通過優化凍榦工藝參數,所得的阿黴素脂質體凍榦製品外觀平整、質地疏鬆,加水後能迅速分散均勻。
목적:대아매소지질체동간공예진행고찰。방법:이외관、재분산성、립경위지표,대동간공예중삼수진행우화。결과:우화적동간공예위-75℃예동24h,승온지-25℃보지16h,재승온지20℃지속8h,선택10%해조당작위아매소지질체적동간보호제。결론:통과우화동간공예삼수,소득적아매소지질체동간제품외관평정、질지소송,가수후능신속분산균균。
Objietive:To optimize the preparation and formulation of the freez-drying Liposomes. Methods: The physicochemical properties of liposome before and after freez-drying were studied,such as particle shape,appearance and particle diameter. Results:Processing factors were optimized base on the optimized preparation and formulation:frozen time 24h,heating-up to-25℃16h,then heating-up to 20℃ 8h. Trehalose was ensure to protect liposome as cryoprotectant. Conclusions: The optimized preparation and formulation can be used to prepare docetaxel liposome successfully.
