[目的 ]了解急性早幼粒细胞白血病 (APL)患者骨髓端粒酶的活性及 PML/RARα融合基因表达与端粒酶活性的关系。 [方法 ]20例 APL患者 (其中 8例为发病期， 12例为缓解期 )和 10例正常对照者的骨髓标本，分离单个核细胞； RT_PCR法测 PML/RARα融合基因表达， TRAP法测端粒酶活性。 [结果 ]8例发病期 62.5％ (5/8)端粒酶阳性，缓解组和阴性对照组均有 1例端粒酶阳性；发病的 8例 PML/RARα融合基因均表达，其中 5例端粒酶活性亦阳性，一致率 62.5％。 [结论 ]APL发病期端粒酶活性可能被激活，其机理不清；端粒酶活性对 APL诊断的作用，其活性高低是否与预后有关，有待更多的病例证实。
[목적 ]료해급성조유립세포백혈병 (APL)환자골수단립매적활성급 PML/RARα융합기인표체여단립매활성적관계。 [방법 ]20례 APL환자 (기중 8례위발병기， 12례위완해기 )화 10례정상대조자적골수표본，분리단개핵세포； RT_PCR법측 PML/RARα융합기인표체， TRAP법측단립매활성。 [결과 ]8례발병기 62.5％ (5/8)단립매양성，완해조화음성대조조균유 1례단립매양성；발병적 8례 PML/RARα융합기인균표체，기중 5례단립매활성역양성，일치솔 62.5％。 [결론 ]APL발병기단립매활성가능피격활，기궤리불청；단립매활성대 APL진단적작용，기활성고저시부여예후유관，유대경다적병예증실。
[Purpose]To investigate the telomerase activity in bone marrow of APL patients and the relationship between fusion gene PML/RARα expression and telomerase activity in APL.[Methods] RT_PCR was used to detect fusion gene PML/RARα expression and TRAP was used to detect telomerase activity in bone marrow in 20 samples of APL patients (8 in occurrent stage,12 in remission stage)and 10 samples of normal people as control.[Results]Telomerase activity positive rate was 62.5％ (5/8) in occurrent stage of APL;only one positive in remission stage of APL and one in control.Five samples with telomerase activity were positive among occurrent stage patients with fusion gene PML/RARα expression,the coincidence rate was 62.5％． [Conclusion]Telomerase activity may be active in occurrent stage of APL,but its mechanism is unknown.The diagnostic and prognostic significance of the telomerase activity in APL should be further studied.
