壳聚糖作为一种阳离子聚电解质,由于其良好的生物相容性,原料易得及价格便宜而倍受从事生物微胶囊研究的科学工作者的关注.研究了壳聚糖生物微胶囊的制备方法,对制备生物微胶囊的原理、影响因素和在固定化细胞方面的应用前景进行了讨论.最佳工艺条件是壳聚糖质量浓度7%,三聚磷酸钠质量浓度6~9%,包埋率达95%以上.

Chitosan, a cationic polyelectrolyte, has been paid much attention in the area of biomicroencapsulation due to its good biocompatibility, low price and plentiful sources. The principle, methods and factors of preparing chitosan microcapsule and its applications are reviewed. The best conditions are chitosan concentration 7% and sodium tripolyphyosphate concentration 6%~9%. The immobilized degree is higher than 95% under the best conditions.
