目的:了解脑囊虫病(CC)、结核性脑膜炎(CT)及特发性癫痫(Ep)患者脑脊液(CSF)中前白蛋白(PA)、肌酸激酶B亚基(CK-B亚基)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LD)的变化与临床意义。方法:对CC患者18 例,CT患者10例,Ep患者15例,正常对照组20例CSF中PA和4种酶活性进行了测定。结果:5种物质的水平在CC组和CT组患者CSF中均有异常改变,CC组CSF PA与总蛋白水平显著低于CT组,CK-B亚基高于CT组,而NAG、LD与AST活性在2组间差异无显著性。Ep组仅CSF PA水平降低,其降低程度介于CC组与CT组之间,CK-B亚基高于CT组,与CC组无明显差别。3种疾病中每种疾病CSF中5种物质浓度的变化均无相关性。结论:检测CSF PA与4种酶活性在鉴别诊断CC、CT、Ep时具有一定临床意义。
目的:瞭解腦囊蟲病(CC)、結覈性腦膜炎(CT)及特髮性癲癇(Ep)患者腦脊液(CSF)中前白蛋白(PA)、肌痠激酶B亞基(CK-B亞基)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、天門鼕痠氨基轉移酶(AST)、乳痠脫氫酶(LD)的變化與臨床意義。方法:對CC患者18 例,CT患者10例,Ep患者15例,正常對照組20例CSF中PA和4種酶活性進行瞭測定。結果:5種物質的水平在CC組和CT組患者CSF中均有異常改變,CC組CSF PA與總蛋白水平顯著低于CT組,CK-B亞基高于CT組,而NAG、LD與AST活性在2組間差異無顯著性。Ep組僅CSF PA水平降低,其降低程度介于CC組與CT組之間,CK-B亞基高于CT組,與CC組無明顯差彆。3種疾病中每種疾病CSF中5種物質濃度的變化均無相關性。結論:檢測CSF PA與4種酶活性在鑒彆診斷CC、CT、Ep時具有一定臨床意義。
목적:료해뇌낭충병(CC)、결핵성뇌막염(CT)급특발성전간(Ep)환자뇌척액(CSF)중전백단백(PA)、기산격매B아기(CK-B아기)、N-을선-β-D-안기포도당감매(NAG)、천문동산안기전이매(AST)、유산탈경매(LD)적변화여림상의의。방법:대CC환자18 례,CT환자10례,Ep환자15례,정상대조조20례CSF중PA화4충매활성진행료측정。결과:5충물질적수평재CC조화CT조환자CSF중균유이상개변,CC조CSF PA여총단백수평현저저우CT조,CK-B아기고우CT조,이NAG、LD여AST활성재2조간차이무현저성。Ep조부CSF PA수평강저,기강저정도개우CC조여CT조지간,CK-B아기고우CT조,여CC조무명현차별。3충질병중매충질병CSF중5충물질농도적변화균무상관성。결론:검측CSF PA여4충매활성재감별진단CC、CT、Ep시구유일정림상의의。
Aim: To investigate the changes of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) prealbumin (PA),creatinekinase-B subunit(CK-B subunit), N-acetyl-β-D-glucosamindase(NAG), aspartateamino-trasferase (AST) and lactate dehydrogenase(LD) in patients with cerebral cysticercosis(CC), cerebral tuberculosis(CT) and epilepsy(Ep)and their clinical significance . Method: The levels of PA,CK-B subunit, AST and LD were determined in CSF of the patients in three groups.Results: Levels of CSF PA and four enzymes were all abnormal in the CC and CT groups. The level of CSF PA of the CC group was the lowest among the three groups. The activity of CK-B subunit in the CC group was higher than that in the CT , but it was lower than that in the Ep group. There were no significant differences between activity of three enzymes, NAG,LD and AST, in CC and CT groups. The level of CSF total protein (TP) of the CT group was higher than that of the CC group. CSF PA in the Ep group decreased between the CC and CT groups.CK-B subunit in the Ep group was higher than that in the CT.There was no correlation among the change of 5 components among patients with CC,CT or Ep. Conclusion: The results suggest that the measurement of 5 components in CSF is useful for diagnosis of CC,CT and Ep.
