A nonequilibrium multi-region model for nuclear power pressurizer is developed. The model is used to simulate the dynamics of the pressurizer of the Shipingport nuclear plant in condition of the turbine trip experiment. The simulating results agree well with the experiment data. It was proved that the nonequilibrium multi-region model of the pressurizer is correct.
