用心形线表征了一种增压器无叶蜗壳梨形流道横截面轮廓,用有限差分法对增压器蜗壳内无叶喷嘴出口流场进行了数值模拟计算,研究了喷嘴宽度(B)对其出口流场的影响。结果表明,喷嘴出口速度及气流角(α)分布不均匀,随着B沿蜗壳轴向减小,α逐渐减小且其分布趋于较均匀,而喷嘴出口速度逐渐增加但其分布趋于恶化;B减小到一定程度后,喷嘴出口流场变化不大。B沿蜗壳周向线形减小时,可改善α分布,但速度改善不明显。
用心形線錶徵瞭一種增壓器無葉蝸殼梨形流道橫截麵輪廓,用有限差分法對增壓器蝸殼內無葉噴嘴齣口流場進行瞭數值模擬計算,研究瞭噴嘴寬度(B)對其齣口流場的影響。結果錶明,噴嘴齣口速度及氣流角(α)分佈不均勻,隨著B沿蝸殼軸嚮減小,α逐漸減小且其分佈趨于較均勻,而噴嘴齣口速度逐漸增加但其分佈趨于噁化;B減小到一定程度後,噴嘴齣口流場變化不大。B沿蝸殼週嚮線形減小時,可改善α分佈,但速度改善不明顯。

he pear-shaped flow section contour of turbocharger scroll is featured by heart-shaped line. The flow field of nozzle outlet is simulated by using FDM,and the influence of nozzle width B on its flow field is investigated. The nozzle outlet velocity and flow angle α are uneven,and with the B axial increase the α decreases gradually and its distribution tends even,but the velocity increases constantly and its distribution becomes worse. The flow field of nozzle outlet varies a little as the B decreases to some extent. As the B decreases linearly along the scroll circumference,the distribution of α is improved, but the velocity is improved a little.
