采用杂交、回交、插入杂交和系统选育等育种方法，育成了实用夏秋蚕斑纹限性品种洞(限1B)、碧(限2A)，与引进斑纹限性品种庭(秋丰B)、波(854B)组配成洞.庭×碧.波四元杂交种。经实验室鉴定、农村饲养及种场繁育结果表明，该品种强健好养、茧形匀整，茧丝质优良，原蚕容易饲养，蚕种繁育系数高，且全限性，综合经济性状优良。

Through selection and breeding by employinghybridization，backcrossing，intervening crossing pedigree selection，two summer-autumn sex-limited marking silkworm races， namely Dong（Xian1B） and Bi（Xian2A）， of high quality were bred.A tetra hybrid Dong.Ting×Bi.Bo is combined when the Dong and Bi was paired with introduced sex-limited races Ting（QiufengB） and Bo（854B）．The results of laboratory identification， countryside rearing test and multiplication in silkworm eggs farm showed that it is a strong， healthy and easy to rear variety with uniform cocoon，good filament properties，easy rearing for parent silkworm，high propagation coefficient，complete sex-limited marking and favorable comprehensive economic characters．
