本工程原采用水泥搅拌桩复合地基,建成后发生较大沉降。采用扩建重量进行纠倾,纠倾前南侧桩基与基础之间预留纠倾沉降量。并通过地基加固使沉降达到稳定,在限期内达到业主提出的加固纠倾要求。此项工程国内属创新,有良好的应用前景。

If cement paddling pile composite ground is used in civilengineering, the settlement and gradient are great after the building is completed. When the rectification by extension weight is used, the settlement is preformed between the south pile foundation and base before the rectification is completed. The settlement is stable through foundation reinforcement; and the result can reach the requirement of the investor. It is verified that the method is innovative in the country and shares bright prospects.
