利用农杆菌共培养法将雄性不育基因(TA29-Barnase)导入水稻品种日本晴的胚性愈伤。通过50~150mg/L卡那霉素筛选,从500个胚性愈伤中获得16个筛选愈伤团,并分化出了3株绿苗。经PCR扩增分析,16个筛选愈伤团中有7个呈阳性;3株绿苗全部呈阳性。

이용농간균공배양법장웅성불육기인(TA29-Barnase)도입수도품충일본청적배성유상。통과50~150mg/L잡나매소사선,종500개배성유상중획득16개사선유상단,병분화출료3주록묘。경PCR확증분석,16개사선유상단중유7개정양성;3주록묘전부정양성。
The male sterile gene-TA29-Barnase was introduced i nto riceembryo calli by Agrobaterium tumefaciens transformation.Resistant c alli were selected on Kan(50 to 150 mg/l)medium,Three green plants were generat ed from sixteen resistant calli derived from 500 embryo calli and calli and plan ts are analysed by PCR.
