合成了3种D-氨基葡萄糖席夫碱化合物,研究了它们的表面增强拉曼光谱、傅里叶变换拉曼光谱,探讨了它们在银溶胶上的吸附状态和表面增强机理,发现这类化合物以化学吸附模式为主,结构相似的化合物在银溶胶上的吸附状态不一定完全相同。

Three Schiffbases,2-(N-2′,4′-dihydroxybenzylidene)-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucopyranose(DG),2-(N-salicylidene)-amino -2-deoxy-D-glucopyranose(SG)and 2 -(N-2′-hydroxynaphthylidene)-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucopyranose(HG), were synthesized, and their surface-enhanced Raman spectra and Fourier-transform Raman spectra have been assigned. The adsorption state of these compounds on silver colloid was studied. It was found that compounds with similar structure do not necessarily have the same adsorption state. DG and SG molecules are adsorbed on the silver surface through their hydroxyl oxygen atoms in the sugar ring and the phenolic oxygen, whereas HG molecule is adsorbed through its nitrogen atom and hydroxyl oxygen atoms in the sugar ring. The adsorption state of Schiff bases reflects features of chemical adsorption.
