目的:研究Xanthone(Xan)对大鼠不全脑缺血再灌损伤的保护作用。方法:分别给大鼠iv Xan 50 mg/kg和10 mg/kg 10天,麻醉后常规分离双侧颈总动脉,用鼠动脉夹同时夹闭30 min后再灌45 min,迅速断头取脑,测脑含水量、LDH活性和Ca2+、MDA含量。结果:Xan高剂量降低大鼠脑含水量6.36%、MDA含量22.12%及钙离子浓度20.10%,提高LDH活性达12.44%。结论:Xan对大鼠不全脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定保护作用。

목적:연구Xanthone(Xan)대대서불전뇌결혈재관손상적보호작용。방법:분별급대서iv Xan 50 mg/kg화10 mg/kg 10천,마취후상규분리쌍측경총동맥,용서동맥협동시협폐30 min후재관45 min,신속단두취뇌,측뇌함수량、LDH활성화Ca2+、MDA함량。결과:Xan고제량강저대서뇌함수량6.36%、MDA함량22.12%급개리자농도20.10%,제고LDH활성체12.44%。결론:Xan대대서불전뇌결혈재관주손상유일정보호작용。
To study the protective effect of 1,8-dihydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyxanthone(Xan) against the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rat. Methods: 50mg/kg and 10mg/kg of Xan were administered intravenously in rats respectively for ten days.The bilateral common carotid arteries of rats were ligated for 30 min followed by 45 min of reperfusion.The cerebrum was romoved and the contents of water,malondialdehyde (MDA),Ca2+and the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity of the brain were determined. Results: Xan(50mg/kg,iv) reduced the contents of water for 6.36%,MDA for 22.12% and Ca2+ for 20.10%,and increased the LDH activity for 12.44% in the rat cerebrum after cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Conclusion:Xan has protective effect against cerebral ischemia reperfusion damage in rat.
