介绍了温差贡献值法的基本原理,分析了系统传热温差的改变对系统总传热面积的影响,结果表明,当系统的传热温差增大或减小时,换热面积的减小或增加主要集中在夹点两侧的换热器上。此外,分别用单一夹点温差法和温差贡献值法对某常减压-加氢联合装置进行了优化计算,结果表明,采用温差贡献值法比采用单一夹点温差法能获得更优的改造方案。

The basic principle of the temperature difference contribution method was introduced and the effect of the change in temperature difference of system on the heat exchange area was analyzed. The result showed that when the temperature differences of the system increased or decreased, the decrease or increase of the heat exchantge area concentrated on the heat exchangers near thepinch point. A refinery-hydrogenation process was used as an example for optimum calculation by both the single Δ Tmin method and the temperature difference contribution method. The result showed that the temperature difference contribution method was better in this case.
