Objective Increase therapeutic effective rate of post perineum malignant carcinoma and decrease side effects.Method Inject chemotherapy drugs such as 5 FU,DDP and/or IL 2 into tumors at variant points induced by B ultrasound.Result The general effective rate was 72.7% in 11 patients,which is higher than other therapies.Conclusion B ultrasound interventional therapy is recommended in the treatment of post peritoneum malignant tumors.
