目的观察电针治疗颈椎病的康复疗效和作用机制。方法通过 82例病人，随机分电针组和西药对照组，观察颈椎病的体征和颈椎活动度和 SOD、 LPO及 6－酮 PGF1α含量的变化。结果电针组疗效优于西药对照组，而电针组对 SOD含量有显著回升作用，对 LPO含量有明显下降作用、对 6－酮－ PGF1α的含量有降低作用。结论电针对颈椎病疗效确实。其作用机制与氧自由基，炎症介质 6－酮－ PGF1α有关。
목적관찰전침치료경추병적강복료효화작용궤제。방법통과 82례병인，수궤분전침조화서약대조조，관찰경추병적체정화경추활동도화 SOD、 LPO급 6－동 PGF1α함량적변화。결과전침조료효우우서약대조조，이전침조대 SOD함량유현저회승작용，대 LPO함량유명현하강작용、대 6－동－ PGF1α적함량유강저작용。결론전침대경추병료효학실。기작용궤제여양자유기，염증개질 6－동－ PGF1α유관。
Objective Mechanism and effect of electroneedle on cervical spondy lopathy were observed.Method 82 cases were randomly divided into the electroneedle group and the western medicine control group.The symptoms and the change of SOD LPO and C－ K－ PGF1α contents were observed.Result The effect of electroneedle group was better than the control group And after electroneedle treatment,contents of SOD were greatly increased,but contents of LPO and G－ KG－ PGF1α were decreased.Conclusion Electroneeld treatment had certain effect on cervical spondylopathy.It's mechanism might be concerted with oxygen free radix,inflammatory factor and G－ K－ PGF1α .
