从中药岷当归(Angelica sinensis)中用热水提取、乙醇沉淀、DEAE-Sephadex A-25柱层析分离得到多糖组分XC-1,凝胶色谱法测得分子量为1.0×105道尔顿,糖的组成分析表明XC-1只含葡萄糖,且经红外测定为α型葡萄糖, 连接点分析证明葡萄糖主链是以1,6位连接。

A polysaccharide XC-1 was obtained from Angelica sinensis (Oliv) Diels by extraction with hot water, then alcohol precipitation, and further purified through DEAE-Sephadex A-25 column chromatography. The molecular weight from GPC was 1.0×105. The composition and glycosidic linkage of XC-1 was assayed by the capillary gas chromatography of its acetylated and methylated derivatives, respectively. The results showed that the main chain of polysaccharide is composed of α-1,6-D- glucose.
