目的:研究树嗣黑质至上丘的γ氨基丁酸(γaminobutyric acid,GABA)能和多巴胺(Depamine,DOPA)能阳性纤维投射。方法:采用荧光金(Fluo-Gold,FG)逆行追踪分别与GABA和DOPA免疫组化相结合技术。结果:在树双侧黑质的致密部、网状部和外侧部均观察到FG逆行标记细胞;双侧黑质的网状部除向上丘发出GABA能纤维投射外,同侧黑质网状部还向上丘发出DOPA能纤维投射。此外,在同侧黑质的致密部,还观察到少量的向上丘投射的DOPA能神经元。结论:黑质向上丘的GABA和DOPA能阳性纤维投射为阐明黑质的生理功能提供形态学依据。

목적:연구수사흑질지상구적γ안기정산(γaminobutyric acid,GABA)능화다파알(Depamine,DOPA)능양성섬유투사。방법:채용형광금(Fluo-Gold,FG)역행추종분별여GABA화DOPA면역조화상결합기술。결과:재수쌍측흑질적치밀부、망상부화외측부균관찰도FG역행표기세포;쌍측흑질적망상부제향상구발출GABA능섬유투사외,동측흑질망상부환향상구발출DOPA능섬유투사。차외,재동측흑질적치밀부,환관찰도소량적향상구투사적DOPA능신경원。결론:흑질향상구적GABA화DOPA능양성섬유투사위천명흑질적생리공능제공형태학의거。
Objective: To study the GABA-ergic and dopaminergic positive projections from the substantia nigra (SN) to superior colliculus(SC) in tree shrew. Methods: Fluorogold(FG) retrograde tracing, GABA and Dopa immunocytochemistry were used. Results: FG labelled-retrogradely neurons were found in both sides compart part, lateral part and reticular part of SN. Both sides reticular part of SN sent GABA-ergic fibers to the SC, and ipsilateral reticular part of SN sent dopaminergic fibers to the SC. In compact part of SN a few FG-GABA positive neurons was found. Conclusion: GABA-ergic and dopaminergic positive projections from SN to SC provide a morphological substrate for SN physiological activities.
