目的探讨师生同性别教学法在《妇产科护理学》教学的应用效果。方法选取本科护理专业2009级、2010级共计1306名护生,其中2009级护理本科生597名作为对照组,采用传统授课方式;2010级护理本科生709名作为观察组,采用师生同性别教学法,女教师带教女生,男教师带教男生。结果对照组期末综合成绩(72.4±6.5)分,男生为(65.7±5.2)分;观察组综合成绩为(81.1±4.6)分,男生为(76.8±4.0)分;观察组学生的学习成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论师生同性别教学法在《妇产科护理学》教学中深受学生欢迎,尤其受到男生喜爱,有利于树立正确的职业观、人生观,提高了学生的综合素质,值得在教学中推广、应用。

Objective To explore the effect of same-gender (both students and teachers of the same gender) teaching method in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing. Methods A total of 1 306 nursing majors were divided into control group of 597 students, in which students accepted traditional teaching and experiment group of 709, in which same-gender teaching method was provided that female teachers are responsible for girls and male teachers for boys. Results The comprehensive score of control group was 72.4±6.5, and that of boys 65.7±5.2 while the score of experiment group was 81.1±4.6 points, and that of boys 76.8±4.0. Students in experiment group performed better than those in control group did (P<0.05). Conclusion Same-gender teaching method in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing wins great popularity among the students, especially among boys which helps to establish professional value and outlook on life, and improve the comprehensive quality of students. It is worthy of application in teaching.
