为了解决热带花卉植物半支莲(Portulaca grandiflora Hook.)茎干生长过长又肉质柔软而影响观赏期这一缺陷,培育出优良的半支莲盆花,以半支莲盆花为材料,选用不同浓度的植物生长调节剂氯化氯胆碱、PP333和S-3307D的单剂和复配剂,对其观赏性状进行化学调控.结果表明,对半支莲盆花地上部喷施50%氯化氯胆碱400倍液+5% S-3307D 800倍液和50%氯化氯胆碱200倍液+5% S-3307D 400倍液2种复配剂,在20 d时测定,盆花的主茎生长速率显著小于对照和其他处理,第1种复配剂的花朵数增长率和花蕾数增长率显著大于对照和其他所有处理;40 d时测定,此2种复配剂的主茎生长速率仍显著小于对照和其他处理,但第1种复配剂的花朵数增长率和花蕾数增长率仍显著大于对照和其他所有处理,其观赏性状的调控效果显著优于对照和其他处理.且50%氯化氯胆碱400倍液+5%S-3307D 800倍液的配伍显著优于氯化氯胆碱和S-3307D各自单剂的调控效果,2种药品此浓度的配伍具有显著的协同调控作用.氯化氯胆碱和S-3307D原料来源较丰富,价格便宜,剂型较稳定,是具有较好开发前景的半支莲盆花观赏性状的化学调控剂.

When it is used as pot flower, a tropical ornamental plant Portulaca grandiflora Hook has a short ornamental life because of its soft chylocaulous stem and rapid growth, which has reduced its commercial value. An attempt was made to regulate its plant type and shorten its stem by inhibiting its apical dominance and increasing the quantity of its ramification, flower and alabastrum to elongate its ornamental life. The pot flowers of Portulaca grandiflora Hook were used as the experimental materials and sprayed singly or in mixture with chemical regulators, Cycocel, Paclobutrazol and Unlconazole, at different concentrations to regulate their ornamental traits. The results showed that at the 20~(th) day after its epigean parts were sprayed with the two mixtures, the first mixture of 50% Cycocel diluting 400 times+5% Unlconazole diluting 800 times, and the second mixture of 50% Cycocel diluting 200 times+5% Unlconazole diluting 400 times, the growth rates of its caulis stems were significantly lower than those of the control and the other treatments, but the increasing rates of its flower number and alabastrum number were significantly higher in the treatment of the first mixture than the control and all the other treatments. At the 40~(th) day after its epigean parts were sprayed with the two mixtures, the growth rates of its caulis stems were still significantly lower but the increasing rates of the number of flowers and flower buds were still significantly higher in the first mixture treatment than the control and all the other treatments, indicating the first mixture treatment had a significantly better effect on regulating of the ornamental traits of the plant than all the other treatments and the control. The first mixture treatment also had a significantly better impact on the regulation of the ornamental traits than the treatments with its single chemicals, which indicated that these 2 single chemicals in the first mixture were significantly synergetic in regulation of the ornamental traits. Chemicals Cycocel and Unlconazole are cheap and easy to get access to, and their mixture is stable, and is hence a preferable chemical regulator for Portulaca grandiflora Hook cultured as pot flower.
