以问卷（自编）调查的研究方法对古丈县农村幼儿园师资队伍建设现状进行抽样调查，结果表明该县农村幼儿园教师队伍在年龄结构、学历结构、性别结构等都存在着不同程度的问题，对此提出了相应的建议，如加强幼儿教师队伍管理和培训，鼓励男性幼儿教师进入幼儿园以及提倡幼儿教师自主学习等。
以問捲（自編）調查的研究方法對古丈縣農村幼兒園師資隊伍建設現狀進行抽樣調查，結果錶明該縣農村幼兒園教師隊伍在年齡結構、學歷結構、性彆結構等都存在著不同程度的問題，對此提齣瞭相應的建議，如加彊幼兒教師隊伍管理和培訓，鼓勵男性幼兒教師進入幼兒園以及提倡幼兒教師自主學習等。
이문권（자편）조사적연구방법대고장현농촌유인완사자대오건설현상진행추양조사，결과표명해현농촌유인완교사대오재년령결구、학력결구、성별결구등도존재착불동정도적문제，대차제출료상응적건의，여가강유인교사대오관리화배훈，고려남성유인교사진입유인완이급제창유인교사자주학습등。
Based on the sampling survey on the present situation of teaching staff construction in rural kindergartens in Guzhang county by the means of questionnaire, the findings shows that there are some problems in its age, education background, sex and so on. Certain suggestions have been proposed, such as enhancing the teachers’ management and training, encouraging males to be teachers, calling for their self-directed learning and so on.
