目的探讨配有彩色图片的腔镜器械卡(以下简称图片器械卡)在对护士进行腔镜器械培训中的作用.方法将手术室、供应室护士46人随机分实验组和对照组,实验组采用图片器械卡教学模式组织教学活动,对照组采用传统方法组织教学活动,对医院新购进EMS公司生产的经皮肾镜碎吸取石术器械进行提问测试和操作考核.比较两组护士提问测试和操作考核成绩.结果实验组护士提问测试和操作考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论在腔镜器械培训中运用图片器械卡,能提高护士对腔镜手术器械的认知程度,更好地掌握腔镜手术器械的操作、清洗、保养方法.

Objective To explore the role of endoscopic equipment cards with color pictures (hereinafter referred to as picture equipment cards) in the nurse training of endoscopic practice. Methods 46 nurses from the operating room and the supply room were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received instruction of endoscopic practice with picture, equipment cards, while the control group received traditional teaching methods. All the nurses received written and practicing tests for the equipment for pereutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL). The grades of the two tests were compared between the two groups. Results The grades were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions The use of picture equipment cards in the endoscopic practice can increase the awareness level of nurses to endoscopic instruments and better master the operation, cleaning, and maintenance of the instrument better.
