针对铁谱图像分析自动化和快速化的需求,提出基于磨粒群的统计特征快速提取方法。采用小波分解方法研究磨粒群形态学特征,构造磨粒等效尺寸以及磨粒分布系数2个统计指标,结合分析铁谱图像对上述指标进行验证和讨论。结果表明,磨粒等效尺寸可以反映图像中较大磨粒的尺寸,磨粒分布系数可以反映图像中非铁磁性磨粒的比重。
針對鐵譜圖像分析自動化和快速化的需求,提齣基于磨粒群的統計特徵快速提取方法。採用小波分解方法研究磨粒群形態學特徵,構造磨粒等效呎吋以及磨粒分佈繫數2箇統計指標,結閤分析鐵譜圖像對上述指標進行驗證和討論。結果錶明,磨粒等效呎吋可以反映圖像中較大磨粒的呎吋,磨粒分佈繫數可以反映圖像中非鐵磁性磨粒的比重。

Aimed at automation and rapid needs for ferrography analysis,rapid extraction method of statistical characteristics based on the debris group was proposed. The morphological characteristics of the debris group were studied by using wavelet decomposition method,and two statistical indicators of abrasive equivalent size and abrasive distribution coefficient were constructed. These indicators were checked and discussed combined analysis ferrography. The results show that the abrasive equivalent size may reflect the larger debris size of the ferrographic images. The abrasive distribution coefficient can reflect the proportion of the nonferromagnetic debris of the images.
