研究了含Cr铁基粉末冶金的气体N-C共渗技术,分析了氮化层组织和相结构.结果表明:含Cr铁基粉末冶金有很高的气体氮碳共渗反应速度和扩散速度,渗层组织为化合物层+扩散层,相组成主要为α相和γ'相.

The gas nitro-carburizing technique of Fe-based powder metallurgy with chromium was studied. The microstructure and phase-structure of nitride layer were analyzed. The results show that: Fe-based powder metallurgy with chromium has high reaction rate and diffusion velocity in gas nitro-carburizing. Its nitride layer is made of compound layer and diffusion layer. The compound layer mainly consists of α phase and γ' phase.
