通过对香榧细小卷蛾幼虫头壳宽度的度量和数学分析,发现其幼虫的头壳宽度为不连续分布,呈现4个较为集中的分布区间,可以以此来确定幼虫的龄级.并描述了香榧细小卷蛾各虫态的形态特征、生活史及生活习性,提出了物候法预测发生期的预测预报方法和防治建议.

Measurement and analysis on head capsule width of Lepteueosma torreyae demonstrated that distribution of head capsule width had 4 ranges, indicating as 4 instars of the larvae. Presentation was made on morphological characteristics, life cycle and habitats of the insect. Suggestion was offered for forecast and control based on phenology.
