目的研究耳穴TDV三变量(电位变量J,电阻变量K和电容变量L)反应胃癌的特异性,分析新研制的耳穴电信息识别系统的临床应用准确性及可行性.方法用耳穴电信息采集系统检测30例胃癌患者、31例胃癌前病变患者和32位健康者的6个耳穴的三维电信息,并作统计分析.结果 6个耳穴的所有变量在3组之间都存在差异.耳穴食道、贲门、胃、M3的3个变量,MI的(K、L)肝(J、K)变量在胃癌组和健康人之间存在明显的差异;所有穴位TDV三变量在胃癌组和胃癌前病变组之间存在明显差异;耳穴胃、肝、M1、M3的J变量,贲门、M3的K变量在胃癌前病变组和健康人之间存在明显差异.结论耳穴TDV三变量有反应胃癌的特异性,新研制的耳穴电信息识别系统在辅助诊断胃癌方面具有可行性.

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the three variants of the auricular points (electric potential variant, resistance variant and electric capacity variant) reflecting stomach cancer specificity and analyze the accuracy and feasibility of the newly - developed auricular point information recognition system. METHOD The auricular point information recognition system was used on 30 stomach cancer patients, 31 precancerous patients and 32 healthy people to obtain the three - dimensional electronic information at 6 auricular points, followed by statistics and analysis. RESULT There were differences in all the variants in three groups at all the 6 points. Marked differences were detected between cancer patients and health people.There were also marked differences between cancer patients and precancerous patients in all the three variants.CONCLUSION The three variants at the auricular points can reflect stomach cancer specificity,and the newly - developed auricular point information recognition system can assist the diagnosis and treatment of stomach cancer.
