针对冲裁件排样中的对头双排建立了数学模型，该模型将对头双排和对头单排视为一个有机整体，从而扩大了最优解的搜索范围．对基于遗传算法的优化过程做了简要而全面的阐述，同时对算法本身做了进一步的优化，使得执行效率得到较大改善．

This paper proposes a mathematical model for double opposite layout of cutting patterns．As the double and single opposite layouts in this model are thought as a whole part，range of optimal solution searching is broaden．It also discusses comprehensively the optimization process based on the genetic algorithm, and points out efforts are made to improve the algorithm in order to enhance operation efficiency.
