基于Dynaform平台,就差厚拼焊板外缘径向辅助加压充液拉深工艺进行分析与研究,并以成形件最终壁厚分布和焊缝移动量作为评定标准,通过与传统拉深工艺对比,找出差厚拼焊板在拉深过程中焊缝移动所特有的共性.即在成形件底部焊缝向厚板侧移动,并在直壁处逐渐过渡到薄板侧.模拟结果显示,合理控制液室模腔中的充液压力、合理设计薄、厚板两侧的压边力及其分布、选择恰当的径向辅助压力能极大地提高拼焊板坯的成形性,并使成形件壁厚分布均匀,焊缝移动量小.
基于Dynaform平檯,就差厚拼銲闆外緣徑嚮輔助加壓充液拉深工藝進行分析與研究,併以成形件最終壁厚分佈和銲縫移動量作為評定標準,通過與傳統拉深工藝對比,找齣差厚拼銲闆在拉深過程中銲縫移動所特有的共性.即在成形件底部銲縫嚮厚闆側移動,併在直壁處逐漸過渡到薄闆側.模擬結果顯示,閤理控製液室模腔中的充液壓力、閤理設計薄、厚闆兩側的壓邊力及其分佈、選擇恰噹的徑嚮輔助壓力能極大地提高拼銲闆坯的成形性,併使成形件壁厚分佈均勻,銲縫移動量小.

Based on finite element simulation software Dynaform, the processes of square cup drawing using TWBS with different thickness in Hydro-mechanical deep drawing under independent radial hydraulic pressure and conventional drawing were discussed and studied. The influence of two methods of drawing on the forming quality was analyzed by taking wall-thickness distribution and weld-line movement as standard. The common features were found out about the character of wall-thickness distribution and weld-line movement during the processes of square cup drawing using TWBs with different thickness. On the bottom of square cup, the weld-line moves to the thick side, and moves toward the thin side gradually along the jamb wall. The results of simulation indicate that, controlling the independent radial hydraulic pressure in chamber pressure can obviously improve the forming quality with the reasonably design of blank holder force. And the wall thickness distributions and weld-line movement of formed cup are more uniform under the help of reasonable independent radial hydraulic pressure.
